How to join on Bedrock
Use the current release of Minecraft Bedrock and sign in to your Microsoft account.
Add the server
Open Minecraft Bedrock, choose Play, then Servers and Add Server. Use Matcha Flavoured SMP as the server name.
Enter the address and port
Put play.matchasmp.org in Server Address and 19132 in Port. Keep the address and port in their separate fields, then save and join.
Accept the resource pack
Download and accept the server pack when prompted, then follow the in-game rules prompt. Your Bedrock textures are supplied automatically.
A note on Bedrock visuals
Some custom creature models, compass animations and equipment visuals currently differ or may be missing on Bedrock. Compatibility is still being refined. Share anything that looks wrong in Discord.

What is the Matcha Flavoured SMP Bedrock server IP and port?
The server address is play.matchasmp.org and the Bedrock port is 19132. Enter them in separate fields when adding the server.
Can Java and Bedrock players play together?
Yes. Both editions join the same Matcha Flavoured SMP survival world. You can explore, build and play with Java friends. The world follows Java Edition gameplay rules.
Do I need a Java account or client mods?
You need Minecraft Bedrock Edition and a Microsoft account with online multiplayer enabled. A Java Edition account and client mods are not required to join from Bedrock.
Do I have to install the Bedrock texture pack myself?
The server offers the matching resource pack when you connect. Accept the download so Matcha's custom items and textures display. You do not need to find or install a pack file beforehand.
Which devices can use this connection guide?
These steps cover Bedrock on Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows. Console editions have different options for custom servers; ask in the Matcha Flavoured SMP Discord about your device before trying to connect.
What should I do if Minecraft gets stuck connecting?
Check that the address is play.matchasmp.org and the separate Port field is 19132. Update and reopen Minecraft, and check that you are signed in to Microsoft. If loading still stalls, try another network and ask in Discord with your device, game version and any error message.
