Survival
Travel and respawn
Waystones, Home Totems, one-use Kindling respawns, community navigation, and fast rails.
Waystones
Approach a Waystone to discover it. The first hint is a quiet message about hearing its hum nearby. Once discovered, interact with it to browse destinations, mark favorites, and travel.
Travel costs Obols. Loose Obols are spent first, followed by Obols carried inside Sacks. Other Sack contents are left untouched.
Waystones use green particles instead of floating holograms.
Home Totems
A Home Totem returns you to your current respawn point. Right-click in the air or against a block to use it. If you have no home set, it returns you to the Overworld spawn instead.
One-use Kindling respawn
- 1
Light a Kindling
The interaction only works while the Kindling is lit.
- 2
Sneak-right-click it
You take a short rest and bind a personal one-use respawn point without changing your bed.
- 3
Use it once
If you die, you return near the Kindling and the bond is consumed. Breaking that Kindling invalidates the bond.
This makes long exploration trips safer without replacing beds or creating a permanent extra home.
Community navigation
Projects, events, and public community destinations can expose a build site. Tracking one gives action-bar directions and distance without teleporting you.
